The New England Service Scholarships, offered by the Red Sox Foundation, recognizes 100 high school seniors who have demonstrated a commitment to community service and academic excellence.

Selected students from Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont will receive a $1,000 scholarship to support their education. We would love and greatly appreciate your support in spreading the word to eligible students.

In addition to the scholarship, recipients will participate in a service project in Boston before being honored on the field at Fenway Park before the Friday, June 27th game against the Toronto Blue Jays at 7:10pm.

Norma K. Clarke Scholarship - Deadline March 28!

The 2025 Norma K. Clarke Scholarship application is officially open!

Three scholarships of $7,500 each will be awarded!

These scholarships are in honor of former NEHRA Board Member, Norma Kornegay Clarke. They are presented to high school seniors who demonstrate academic responsibility, perform community service, offer a helping hand to fellow students and promote harmony among diverse groups.

All applications are due by March 28th. We will not be able to extend the deadline this year, as we're already running on a tight timeline. If applications are submitted with missing information, they will automatically be disqualified. We plan to interview our final candidates mid to late April and will notify everyone of their status shortly thereafter.

your current transcript;

at least one letter of recommendation for the scholarship;

a resume;

a personal essay of no more than 750 words answering the following questions *:

How do you promote diversity and inclusion in your school and your community?
How do you promote respect and inclusive behaviors in your school or community?
How do you demonstrate a commitment to service within your school and/or community?
How do you demonstrate your understanding of the principles of diversity & inclusion in your life?

Uploaded documents must be either a PDF file or a Word document.

*Please note that applications must be complete and received no later than March 28th to be considered by the selection committee. The content of your essay is weighted most heavily in the selection process.

Applications for the impact-driven, four-year, full-tuition Cameron Impact Scholarship are officially open for the CLASS OF 2026.

The Cameron Impact Scholarship is impact-driven and open to all applicants who meet the GPA and citizenship requirements, regardless of race, socioeconomic status, religion, sexual orientation or any other background factors. Integrity, intelligence, motivation, work ethic, and willingness to serve others are the strongest indicators of a worthy educational investment.

15 scholarships awarded per annum
Four-year, full tuition scholarship (actual dollar amount varies based upon school selection)
Freedom in choice of school and area of study

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Accepting applications for the Class of 2026;
have a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.7 or higher;
be a citizen of the United States.

Scholarships Available for Healthcare Students

The scholarships are open to high school seniors pursuing post-secondary education in any healthcare-related field.
