Join us for this special event to kick off National School Counseling Week.

This event will celebrate the incredible work of school counselors and highlight their vital role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Each panelist will provide a brief introduction and overview and then lead a breakout room about a specific topic related to school counseling (TBA).

Our panelists include:

· Patrick Tutwiler – MA Secretary of Education

· Russell Johnston – Acting Commissioner, MA Department of Elementary & Secondary Education

· Jill Cook, Executive Director, American School Counselor Association (ASCA)

· Jessica Descartes, MASCA Board Chair and School Counselor, Tech Boston Academy

· Mandy Savitz-Romer, Senior Lecturer in Human Development and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education

· Laura Cinelli, Executive Director, Rennie Center
