The Pillars of MASCA program is a Memorial Legacy Recognition Award that honors school counseling colleagues who have been career-long, active members serving both their local MASCA affiliate and MASCA, contributing decades of leadership, participation, assistance, and support for Massachusetts school counselors and the school counseling profession.

MASCA deeply values its diverse membership and is fully committed to creating an organization where each individual is welcomed, included, respected and empowered.
