The 2025 Norma K. Clarke Scholarship application is officially open!

Three scholarships of $7,500 each will be awarded!

These scholarships are in honor of former NEHRA Board Member, Norma Kornegay Clarke.  They are presented to high school seniors who demonstrate academic responsibility, perform community service, offer a helping hand to fellow students and promote harmony among diverse groups.

All applications are due by March 28th. We will not be able to extend the deadline this year, as we're already running on a tight timeline.
