We hope you and a team from your school can join us for an interactive workshop, College & Career Readiness ~ Using DART Data to See What's Really Happening to Your Graduates,  led by Nyal Fuentes and staff from the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

As school counselors, we often do a great job helping our students/seniors make plans for life after high school.  We wish them well at graduation, compile our college going data,  produce a yearly academic profile for our community, and then start planning for a new crop of seniors.    All of this is important work, but have you ever wondered what really happens to your graduates?  Are your students really college and career ready?  Are your school's college going results really what is reported on your school profile?  Are your graduates persisting in post-secondary studies?  Are your graduates completing their education?

By attending this free workshop, you will learn how to access DART data to see what is really happening to your graduates.  Whether you are a novice at using DART data or a more experienced data-driven counselor/educator, this workshop will be tailored to meet your needs.  At the conclusion of the workshop, you will leave with new skills to improve your school counseling program.  This is a BYOD - Bring Your Own Device - workshop.  Please bring a laptop (preferred) or tablet that can access the internet.

Space in this workshop is limited.  Coffee and light breakfast foods will be available in the morning, and a light lunch will be available at the end of the program.

If you have any questions, please contact Ruth Carrigan, MASCA President, at Ruth.Carrigan@whrsd.org.
