Preventing Burnout While Working in ML/EL Students

Supporting English Language Learners and their families can be demanding, and school counselors working with this population may sometimes feel overwhelmed or under-supported, especially in the current political climate. In this webinar, experienced school counselors who have worked with this population in particular will share practical strategies for staying grounded, focusing on what we can control, and practicing sustainable self-care so we can continue to support English Language Learners with effectiveness and compassion without experiencing burnout.

Panelists/Speakers include Anne Herzberg Eden (Somerville High School) and Catarina Veludo-Bovio (Peabody Veterans Memorial High School).

To participate in this meeting you must pre-register here.
