LGBTQ+ Affinity Group Meeting

  • 12 Oct 2023
  • 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Via Zoom

Are you a MASCA member who identifies as LGBTQ+?  If so, come join us for our first LGBTQ+ affinity group meeting and be in community with school counselors across the state!  Governor Maura Healey has been invited to speak at our inaugural meeting, and we certainly hope she can join us to kick off a terrific year.  This group is designed to connect folks through robust discussion, informational and engaging speakers, and potentially, in-person activities outside of meeting time.  Ultimately, our goal is to bring together our community in a safe, welcoming, and warm environment that fosters trust, open communication, support, and of course, a good dose of fun!

We want to hear from you on what our MASCA LGBTQ+ members would like from our affinity group.  Please click HERE to share feedback so that we can create our direction and path forward knowing matters most to you.  After you complete this survey, you will receive the registration link for our first online session on Thursday, October 12 at 4:00 PM.  Once registered, we will send you a zoom link to the meeting.

As a thank you for attending MASCA’s first ever affinity group meeting, each participant will be mailed a special thank you gift.  Mark your calendars, and can’t wait to see you there!
