National School Counseling Week Event

Post-Pandemic Challenges: Self-Care for School Helpers

Tuesday, February 4, 9:00-10:15 AM

FREE

Presented by Karen Gross

With all the challenges in our educational systems and in life more generally (for many reasons), now is the time to create 2025 Wellness Toolkits for oneself and one's students. This session will explore why these toolkits actually work and what items can be placed in them to increase their effect and effectiveness. One toolkit, created by Karen Gross, will be given away to an attendee, in the hopes that he/she/they will use it or gift it to benefit themselves and others.  Join us. Join in. Create a different way to enable self-care on a go-forward basis as opposed to one-off strategies.
