Counselor Connect Virtual job fair

  • 13 May 2026
  • 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Via zoom

The Counselor Connect Job Fair will be a relaxed, networking-focused event designed to help graduate students and other job seekers learn more about districts that are hiring (or anticipate hiring) school counselors. It’s also a great chance for districts to share insight about open positions, hiring needs, and what they look for in future counselors—all while making early connections with emerging professionals.

The program will start with remarks from Nicole Bottomley, Principal of King Philip Regional High School in Norfolk.  Nicole will share tips about how job seekers should approach the job application and search process as well as attributes that administrators are looking for when hiring high-quality staff.  She will also share specific things she looks for when hiring school counselor candidates.

If you have or will have an opening, please fill out our Counselor Connect interest form.

If you are interested in attending, please pre-register here.  If you have any questions about this program, please reach out to one of us.

Warmly, Ryan Beck, Nicole Ward, and Rachel Flagg
