Advocating for Inclusive Policies

Please join MASCA's Urban Special Interest Group (SIG) for its final meeting this year on May 23 from 4:00 - 5:00 via zoom. We will discuss how school counselors can advocate for more inclusive conversations and policies (LGBTQIA, gender identity, etc.). We will review a few school/district policies, share best practices, and discuss ASCA’s position statements.

Participants are welcome to bring their school/district policies to discuss.

Join us for this important conversation and to network with colleagues who understand our unique challenges. We look forward to seeing you!
